Canadian J1 Championships Accomodations

Here are the details for the accommodation for Whistler below. Also if you have any interest from parents who will be attending the event we would be able to set up a separate block for them as well. Our rate is $299 with four person occupancy and the following policies apply to the room block.

Reservations:

• All guests can make reservations directly here >>>
  
• Guests should identify themselves as member of your group, 'Whistler Mountain Ski Club PGMC Canadian J1 Championships in order for them to qualify for their group rate.
  
• A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
  

Our Deposit and Cancellation Policies for individual reservations will apply, and they are as follows:

• Full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
  
• Cancellations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. This will also apply to any N Shows and early departures.
  
• Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival will not be penalized
  

Additional information you should pass along is:

• Regardless of how reservations are made, reservation requests must be made by December 31, 2008 in order to qualify for your group rate.
  
• Porterage is $6.75 per bag round trip plus gst and is only charged if baggage is handled by the bell staff. The hotel is under the impression that all individuals will handle their own bags however if their services is required then a porterage charge will be billed to the room.
  
• $30 additional person charge if there are 3 or more 18 yrs. and older individuals in the room. (if there is 2 people 18 yrs. and 2 people that are 16 yrs. there will be no additional person charge)
  
• Complimentary waxing will be in the heated underground parking in the East tower (4 parking stalls will be blocked off) for all coached to wax skies.
  
• Complimentary private room (room access key for all coaches) in the Alta Room on level 2 closest to the elevator
  
• If the guests staying have a 'Starwood Preferred Guest' # please bring with them to collect points for staying in their property. If they do not then they can register for a number on line.
  
• I have requested that all hotel snacks and beverages be taken out of the room to create more room in the kitchen for storage of food purchased by racers/coaches.
